Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of the Aipicgo website, workspace, and related services. By registering, signing in, or continuing to use the services, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.
Agreement
These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) are a binding agreement between you and Aipicgo (“we”, “us”, or the “Platform”) for aipicgo.com and related websites, apps, workspaces, and features (the “Services”). The operating entity shown in the site footer applies to the current deployment and may differ by region.
By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, the Content Policy, and the AI Disclosure. If you use the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization.
If you do not agree, you must stop using the Services immediately.
The Services
Aipicgo provides AI image generation, image-to-image, templates, image editing, asset management, public artwork, brand kits, and video generation that is currently in preview. Features, models, pricing, and availability may vary by region, plan, and configuration, and the in-product pages control.
The Services rely on third-party models, storage, payments, and communications. We may change or discontinue features. We do not guarantee that any model, style, or result will remain available, or that output will meet a particular commercial, legal, or aesthetic need.
Accounts
An account is required to generate content, save work, buy credits, or manage assets. You may register with email and password, or with an enabled third-party sign-in such as Google or WeChat.
Provide accurate information and keep it current. Some features may require a verified email address.
You must be at least 18, or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction, and have guardian consent if you are under the age of majority. Children under 14 may not create an account or use the Services.
Account security
Keep your credentials confidential. Do not share your account. Creation, uploads, publishing, purchases, and settings changes made through your account are treated as your actions.
If you notice unauthorized access or unexpected charges, change your password and email [email protected]. Except where the law requires otherwise, you remain responsible for activity that occurred before we can secure the account.
We may limit, freeze, or close an account for violations, fraud, security risk, prolonged inactivity, or lawful requests. For security reasons, a notice may not include every detail.
Acceptable use
Use the Services only for lawful purposes and in line with these Terms, the Content Policy, and applicable law. Without prior written permission, you must not:
- create, upload, or distribute unlawful, infringing, fraudulent, hateful, violent, sexual, or child-exploitative material;
- upload another person’s likeness, trademark, work, product image, or confidential information without rights;
- use output for medical diagnosis, credit, employment, law enforcement, immigration, or other high-stakes automated decisions;
- reverse engineer, scrape, bypass safety or moderation, or interfere with the Services;
- distribute malware, attack the platform, or circumvent credits, subscriptions, or access controls;
- impersonate others or present AI output as an undisclosed real photograph, identity document, or fact.
Uploads and rights
Prompts, reference images, masks, brand assets, template materials, and other submissions are “Input”. By uploading or submitting Input, you confirm that you own it or have the rights needed, and you license us to process it to provide, maintain, secure, and moderate the Services.
The product does not ask for a separate rights checkbox on each generation. Accepting these Terms at registration, and uploading thereafter, is that confirmation.
Do not upload other people’s private information, unauthorized faces, unauthorized brand marks, or protected works unless you have a lawful right to do so. You are responsible for disputes arising from your Input.
Ownership and license
Subject to these Terms and applicable law: you keep your rights in Input; as between you and us, you own the Output generated from your Input. If we would otherwise hold any rights in Output, we assign them to you while you comply with these Terms.
You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable license to store, process, transmit, display, back up, and review your content, and to provide it to subprocessors needed to fulfill your request.
Similar prompts may produce similar or identical results. Output may reflect styles or elements from training data. We do not guarantee that Output is unique, copyrightable, or registrable in every jurisdiction. Publishing a work shows only the prompt and parameters you make public. It does not automatically expose private reference assets.
AI output disclaimer
Output is produced algorithmically. It may be inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated, and it may not depict real people, places, products, or events. Output is not our opinion and is not a substitute for professional judgment.
You must review Output before publishing or using it commercially. Verify prices, credentials, inventory, identity, medical, or legal facts yourself. See the AI Disclosure for more detail.
Credits, plans, and payment
The Services may include free allowance, subscriptions, and one-time credit packs. Price, credit amounts, validity, and benefits are those shown at checkout and on your billing page.
When you submit a generation task, credits are reserved against the estimate. Successful tasks settle against the actual result. Failed tasks return the reserved credits according to the ledger. Credits are not transferable and are generally not redeemable for cash.
In mainland China, credit packs are usually paid through a one-time cashier such as Yipay. Subscriptions are usually billed through channels that support recurring charges, such as Creem or Waffo. Other regions use the payment method shown at checkout. We do not store full card numbers on our servers.
Auto-renewing plans are charged at the start of each period unless you cancel through Manage plan or the payment provider’s portal before renewal. We may suspend paid features if a charge fails. Coupons, referrals, and bonus credits follow the campaign rules and the ledger.
Refunds
Credits returned after a failed generation are a ledger reversal, not a purchase refund.
For duplicate charges, missing credits, or a clear system error, email the order ID to [email protected] within 7 days. After review, we will refund through the original payment path or reverse unused credits.
Purchases are generally not refundable after credits have been used for successful tasks. Partial refunds or used-credit cases may need manual review. Third-party cashiers may apply their own refund rules. This section does not limit mandatory refund rights under applicable law.
Public artwork
You may keep work private or request publication. Public artwork is reviewed before other users can see it.
After publication, others may view public parameters and remix the work. Remix copies only the prompt and parameters the creator makes public. It does not copy private references, internal notes, or provider credentials.
We may refuse, remove, or limit content that violates the Content Policy, infringes rights, or creates a safety risk, without an obligation to compensate you.
Third-party services
To fulfill your request, we may send necessary prompts, references, audio, or video to third-party model and infrastructure providers, including image or video model vendors, object storage, payment processors, sign-in providers, and email providers.
Those providers have their own terms and data practices. You must also follow any rules that apply to their services. We do not control all third-party model output and, to the extent permitted by law, are not responsible for disputes that arise solely from a third-party service.
Intellectual property
The Services, interface, marks, orchestration, prompt tools, and software belong to us or our licensors. These Terms do not transfer ownership of the platform software or brand.
If you believe content on the Platform infringes your rights, follow the Copyright Report page and email [email protected]. After review, we may restrict the material, notify the publisher, and keep necessary records.
Limits, freezes, and closure
We may limit features, freeze credits, or close an account for violations, fraud, chargeback abuse, security risk, or lawful requests. After a freeze, you may appeal within 14 days by emailing your registered address, an explanation, and supporting materials to [email protected]. We will reply after verifying your identity.
You may request closure from account settings, or by emailing with the subject “Aipicgo account closure request”. We may ask for extra information to confirm orders and ownership. Unused paid benefits are generally not cashed out, except records we must keep by law.
Export anything you want to keep before closure. Except where law or security requires retention, we will delete or de-identify account-linked content.
Disclaimer
To the extent permitted by law, the Services are provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not warrant uninterrupted, error-free, or fully secure operation, or that output will be accurate, unique, or fit for a particular purpose.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses caused by network failure, vendor outages, force majeure, your misuse, unauthorized use, or your reliance on generated output.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages.
Our total liability arising from these Terms or the Services is limited to the amount you actually paid us for the relevant Services in the 12 months before the claim; if that amount is zero, the cap is USD 50 or the local-currency equivalent. Liability that cannot be excluded by law is unaffected.
Changes
We may update these Terms for product, legal, or operational reasons. The new version will be posted on this page with a new date.
If a change materially affects your rights, we will try to notify you in the product or at your account email. Continued use after the change takes effect is acceptance. If you do not agree, stop using the Services and request account closure.
Governing law
These Terms are interpreted under the laws of the place where the Services are provided, together with any mandatory laws of your jurisdiction. Disputes should first be raised at [email protected]. If that does not resolve the matter, either party may bring a claim in a court of competent jurisdiction.
If you use a mainland China instance, and if mandatory law does not require otherwise, disputes may also be submitted to a competent people’s court where the operating entity is located.
Contact
For these Terms, accounts, orders, moderation, or rights complaints, email [email protected]. Include your registered email and a relevant link or order ID so we can verify your identity.
We usually reply within 15 business days after we receive complete information and verify the request.
